J & J Wedding Sneak Peek

This weekend I was asked to capture J & J's wedding day.  Here is a peek at a few of my favorite images so far.

Baby A

Baby A is a little lady on a mission!  As a three month old, she was doing her best to explore her world, and was in continual motion!  I captured many pictures of her like this one before she finally fell asleep, utterly exhausted.

Beach Children's Session

What a beautiful evening!  We had such a good time splashing in the waves, digging in the sand, chasing seagulls, and finding crabs.  The boy is IN LOVE with crabs!  The girl would have loved swimming off into the sunset, had she been allowed.  It's amazing the two were ever caught in the same frame.

S & J Engagement Session

I didn't meet this couple till the photo shoot, at a park that was new to me.  --  It turned out to be a lovely site.  They  were relaxed and so obviously content with each other, making an easy time for me.

Natural Lighting Portrait Session

$75.00 (up to 4 subjects.  $25 per additional subject, for immediate family only please)

Session fee includes 1-3 hours of photographer's time and talent at location of your choosing as well as a minimum of 20 custom enhanced photographs presented on CD for your printing needs.  

Session fee is due at time of booking and secures your appointment date.  It is non-refundable, but is transferable in situations where you must reschedule.  If it is necessary to reschedule, at least 24-hours' notice is requested.

A travel fee of $50 is required for locations 20 miles outside of Hamilton County.  Further distance will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Birth Day of AmericanSwede Photography Blog Site

Today's a big day!  

Since the birth of my first child, I have been a student of photography.  As with being a mother, I have not learned photography through textbook or classroom, but through trial and error and great experimentation.  Thank the Lord that, through all of my failures, my children are thriving and growing.  And through the encouragement and appreciation of friends and family,  my photography pursuits are also moving forward.  

I am far from considering myself a business person or a marketer, but this is my small attempt towards furthering my plans as a developing photographer.  So there you have it:  the birth of AmericanSwede Photography blog site.
